I am an RN with over 50 years of experience. I still work 3 12 hour shifts a week at a busy hospital. I owe my good health and longevity to good genes and a healthy lifestyle. My Dad was a chef and I very early learned to cook healthy primarily vegetarian foods. I love to garden and grow my own healthy food. Digging in the dirt is both healthful and therapeutic.
